A Member shall be independent legal person to apply for these privileges explicitly set forth in this Agreement and shall carries out rights and obligations which this agreement stipulated.
Access Agreement:This Agreement is not a license of access to the SafeOnline.com.cn, Member is forbidden to transfer the Agreement to the third party, i.e. Member is forbidden to transfer the access right to SafeOnline.com.cn website to the third party.
By accessing SafeOnline.com.cn's website, Member expressly acknowledges acceptance of the termination terms of this Agreement.
Member agrees that SafeOnline.com.cn reserves the right to forbid all individual users to enter SafeOnline.com.cn, and the access without authorization also be forbidden.
The intellectual property rights of SafeOnline.com.cn gets legal protection, any revelation of SafeOnline.com.cn's intellectual property rights or the website resources to the third party is the illegal behavior.

Security agreement:All members must understand and agree that all information appears in SafeOnline.com.cn including Member's private information is in SafeOnline.com.cn's possession.
Member agrees that no transfer, spread or arbitrarily copy of the information to the third party, in whole or in part, any portion of the information or software of SafeOnline.com.cn.
Member also agrees that all Username and Password supplied to the Member are non-transferable and may only be used by those parties expressly named in this Agreement.
The provisions of this Security Agreement section shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Member agrees to respect intellectual property rights and the commercial information of SafeOnline.com.cn.

Agreement term of validity: This Membership Agreement is effective upon receipt and acceptance of a Member Application Form by SafeOnline.com.cn and shall continue until either party terminates the Agreement.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, upon written notice to the other party.
SafeOnline.com.cn reserves the rights to forbid Member at any time for any reason to access to the SafeOnline.com.cn'website without explanation. At the same time the Member is forbidden to SafeOnline.com.cn the Agreement also expires simultaneously.

Content included in Agreement:SafeOnline.com.cn assumes no liability for the information losses of Member's.
SafeOnline.com.cn undertakes no any legal liability to any legal dispute produces in the transaction process or around through SafeOnline.com.cn. The content included in Agreement will still be valid after the relationship between SafeOnline.com.cn and Member is cut off.

General Provisions:This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of each of the parties, and no other persons or entities shall be beneficiaries hereunder or have any rights to enforce any part of this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void, the remainder of this Agreement shall survive and remain in full force and shall not thereby be terminated.
The Agreement and the intellectual property right are under the protection of the law of People's Republic of China and relative international laws. Any illegal behavior breaking the Agreement will undertake the legal sanction

1,SafeOnline.com.cn's Obligation:

(1)SafeOnline.com.cn assures to keep the Member register information secret when it should be secret, except the conditions bellow;
Member requires SafeOnline.com.cn or authorizes other person to disclose the information.
The corresponding law and the procedure request SafeOnline.com.cn to provide the Member information.
(2)SafeOnline.com.cn may according to the actual situation revise the service terms. Once the service terms revised, SafeOnline.com.cn will note Member the revised content before entering the next page.
(3)A notice letter is required to inform SafeOnline.com.cn before Member deprives the membership. SafeOnline.com.cn will handle in a month after receiving the application provided that Member has no any unfulfilled obligation.

2. Member's obligation:

(1)Member shall assure that the registrate information offered should be true and accurate, be sure to amend the information as soon as it is changed. If the information Member registered is proved to be not true or accurate, and thus leads to loss of SafeOnline.com.cn and other members, SafeOnline.com.cn will deprive the membership and accuse the?responsibility.
(2)Member shall take measures to avoid any disclose of the register information. Any disclose of personal information Member made should be in the responsibility of the Member himself.
(3)No amend, damage and interfere of the data and information of SafeOnline.com.cn except those terms SafeOnline.com.cn explicitly agreed for Member too change. Any interfere or damage of the SafeOnline.com.cn system by any means will be accused and take the responsibility of direct and indirect loss of the SafeOnline.com.cn and Members caused by such behavior mentioned above,?and any effected party by the illegal behavior has the right to legally investigate the legal liability.
(4)Member's behavior should meet the requirement of the law, rules, policy and moral. Any illegal deal through SafeOnline.com.cn is forbidden, otherwise, SafeOnline.com.cn may deprive the membership at once. And, the Member should take the responsibility of any loss due to illegal behavior to SafeOnline.com.cn and the third party.
(5)Member should submit the relative information in time if the membership standard is Platinum degree or Diamond degree after registered in SafeOnline.com.cn successfully.

3. SafeOnline.com.cn serves as a commercial and information transaction platform, so it is enabled the free terms below;

(1)SafeOnline.com.cn assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the Member information, you should judge by yourself the trustworthy. SafeOnline.com.cn takes no responsibility for the result due to the use of the information.
(2)Any dispute through SafeOnline.com.cn shall be solved directly by and between related parties, SafeOnline.com.cn takes no responsibility

4.SafeOnline.com.cn reserves the rights to amend the terms above without notice in advance and final explanation to these terms above
